Opening the pot. Hold the handle of the lid. Lay if flat to the opposite direction. The lid will be free. Then take the lid out with a small angle (45°) (see video at bottom of page).

Filling it enough. Fill the put maximum to the level sign. ( 2/3 Of The Pressure Cooker Volume ) Do not fill it more then half while cooking the foods whisch get swollen or foam while cooking like chickpea, beans, lentil.

Closing the pot. Get the handle to the open position. Place the pot with a small angle over the pot. Turn the handle of the lid to the opposite position (see video at bottom of page).

Be careful! Before beginning to cook check if the security ventile moves easily up and down by pulling the ring over the ventile.

Beginning to cook. Put the pot over a strong fire. Cooking ventile will be straight as shown in the picture. Wait for the steam gets out strongly with a gushing sound. This means that the necessary pressure has bean formed in the pot.

When the steam is coming out. Put the cooking ventile in a horizantol position as shown in the picture and reduce the fire. (Calculate the cooking time after this).

While cooking. Check the cooking ventile’s working by pressing on it lightly (when you press on it there must be a strong and sudden come out of the pressure) Conform to the advised cooking times. Prevent the liquid in your pot completely evaporate.

At the end of cooking. Get the pot over the stove. Wait for a while and then raise the cooking ventile to let the pressure completely come out. For the soften foods shake the pot gently. Then open the lid.
